OUR SUNDAYS LOOK LIKE THIS
9:00 – 9:45 THE LEARNING TIME
The Time for Adults is a weekly Bible Study. We use the Uniform Sunday School Series, and there are four leaders who rotate on a weekly basis, and we also have several leaders who assist as needed. We begin our time together by singing a hymn, and then
unite in prayer. While the teaching styles vary somewhat, discussion is an integral part of our time together. Do we always agree with one another? Hardly! What is more important is that we have covenanted to grow together in the Christian way.
9:45 A TIME OF COFFEE AND SHARING
A time to enjoy refreshments and fellowship before worship
10:00 TIME FOR WORSHIP
Worship is led by our pastor, Reverend Peter Seiler. Sermons use lessons from the Bible and applies them to teach about life in our world and salvation through Jesus Christ, and to encourage receiving and sharing God’s love.
Do we have a screen? The answer is yes. So, we sing off the wall. Our music includes the
great hymns of the church, praise music, contemporary music, and also some music that we call timeless, rather than ancient.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. On fifth Sundays we conclude worship with a healing service.
We have “A Time for Younger Christians” during worship. Afterwards, youth and children are excused for Sunday School.
The church building and sanctuary has recently been air conditioned, so worship and other church activities can be enjoyed in comfort
